Reasons- Blood in urine is considered to be sinister until proven otherwise.
Blood in urine can be due to urinary infection, interstitial cystitis, kidney stones, trauma, kidney cancer, bladder cancer, prostate cancer, cancer of urinary tract elsewhere, medical kidney diseases, excessive strenuous activities, bleeding disorders, blood thinning medications, menstrual cycle.

What is the prostate?
The prostate is a small walnut sized gland in the urinary tract below the bladder and snuggle around the urethra. The main function of the prostate is to produce part of the semen.
What are the symptoms of prostate cancer?
Prostate cancer may not cause any symptoms at all. The symptoms do not usually appear until the prostate is large enough to affect the tube that carries urine from the bladder out of the penis (urethra). The common symptoms of blocking prostate are frequency (an increased need to pee), night time urination, Intermittency, hesitancy and poor flow due to straining while you pee, feeling that your bladder has not fully emptied.
Circumcision
It is the surgical removal of the prepuce (retractable fold of foreskin that covers the end of the penis).
Medical reasons
Phimosis- inability to retract the foreskin.
Balanoposthitis-Recurrent infections of forskin and glans penis commonly seen in diabetic patients and immuno compromised.
Paraphimosis-where the foreskin can't be pulled back to normal position, causing the head of the penis to become swollen and painful.This is an emergency conditions that need immediate attention.
Balanitis xerotica obliterans (BXO) -Whitish discoloration of foreskin due to severe scarring and chronic inflammation.
Cancer of the Penis-Cancer of the Penis can present as red patch, wart like growth or non-healing ulcer that appears on the surface of penis.
